I can easily see the transactions via reports but what do i do from there?
I cannot un tick via reconcile as that window will not load.
I have contacted support and its a known issue.
I have not herd back , phoned end of last week.

Thank you for the post, and I'm sorry for the late response. Are you still getting an error when you're trying to load the Reconcile Accounts window?
