Hi There
I have the same problem undeposited funds have processed one invoice payment twice on the same date when there is only one deposit in the bank. How can this be amended as you cannot delete a payment. I find this whole process with the undeposited fund account very clunky.

Thanks for explaining that so clearly, and I’m sorry the info you got earlier didn’t really address the actual issue. If there’s only one real bank deposit, but AccountRight is showing the online payment twice in the Undeposited Funds account, that usually points to a duplicate transaction record rather than a genuine second payment. Since customer payments can’t simply be deleted from the invoice once they’ve been recorded, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account to check the transaction behind the duplicate entry and confirm the safest way to correct it without affecting your balances.
