Is that why bank feeds have started in a file where it hasn’t been requested? It’s altered bank recs going back 6 months suddenly ( happened since 30/4/26 bank rec was done on 6/5/26.
Can’t get. Response to my support request 2 days ago despite being a priority support customer. On my second call today trying to follow up on my open support ticket. First call over 1 hr in queue before I couldn’t stay on the call. Now on 2nd attempt, only 17 mins currently so I guess I’ll be here all night waiting to get through.
Oh, but I did manage to get the invoice you sent me for my next monthly charge - good to see I can continue to pay MYOB and get nothing in return
