Pay Super
My pay super for the last two payments have come out of account but shows processing payment. How do i fix

Thanks for letting us know. If the payments have already been debited from your bank account, they’re still being processed through the clearing house and haven’t failed. Pay Super payments usually take around 3–5 business days, but it can take up to 7–10 business days for the payment to reach the employees’ super funds and for the status to update. Please don’t submit the payments again, as this could create duplicates.
If they’re still showing as “Processing payment” after 10 business days, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can investigate further.

Payments have reached the employees account, Still shows processing. Will wait a few more days.
