Pay Day Super
Hi Team,
I'm new to the Pay Super function, I used it last Wednesday to pay my employees super (i was late due to an issue with being able to authorise payments), however it is still sitting as payment processing...
The money has already been debited from our account by superchoice services, this was done immediately after I authorised the payment run.
My pay runs are weekly (every Monday) so I need to do another Super run today to stay compliant.
Can I submit another one even though the previous one is still processing?

I get why it is worrying if Super takes longer to process. If the money’s already left your account, the payment is likely still processing.
I wouldn’t make another payment for the same amount just yet, as it could end up being duplicated.
Pay Super can take 3 to 5 business days, and sometimes up to 7 business days, to clear.
If it’s been longer than that, it’s best to contact support so they can check the payment status for you. You can reach out by creating a ticket in My Account or connecting with our live chat team through MOCA, our virtual assistant.
