Hi Princess, thank you for your reply. I read the link that you provided before and we looked for that number everywhere. I even went to ANZ to ask and they had no idea, told me it looks like a scam!!! I think I ran out of my options to set up the electronic payments as this number doesn't seem to exist! Alternatively, do I have any other option how to reconcile these transactions from bank account? I used electronic tramsfer account for now just to match the bank statements, but I think it's not correct as the transactions are still sitting there 'ready to be reconciled, but I am unable to get them.
