Bank Register shows transactions, but I cannot see them when doing a Bank Account Reconciliation

[ Spoiler ]   Can  someone assist please.  Only thing that has happened to file is that account has rolled over a financial year, could this have caused an issue?

 If I go to the bank Register the transactions are displaying.

Hi Julie---1,

 

Thanks for confirming you're seeing the transactions in bank register. First, check that you’ve selected the correct bank account and statement date. Only unreconciled transactions dated on or before the statement date will appear. If those details are correct and the transactions are still missing, please contact MYOB Support via the Contact Us page so they can take a closer look.
