Duplicate entries in Bank feeds
Hi team, I have duplicate entries in both bank accounts (from different banks) in the bank feeds. Is anyone else having this issue? Aside from "hiding" the transactions, how can I make fix this? It'...

Could we at least have a status update please? It has nearly been 24 hours since the last update. All well and good just saying to pause reconciling activities in the meantime, however we all have businesses to run so we need to be informed.

Sorry that it hasnt been updated, even if it is to say that we are still working on it, we absolutely need to be keeping customers informed.
I have contacted the incident management team to get this updated.
There is no update that I am aware of yet though sorry.
Hi Mike. Any update on a fix for this please.....I have MULTIPLE bank feed entries dating back to July 2025, which is probably the last time I had to get a manual feed. To say it's messy is an understatement. I'm not going to go through and hide everything (even supposing I had the time for that), but we really REALLY need a fix on this.
