I have a receive money for $117.78 and an item on the bank feed for the same amount.
I go to match and it can't find the $117.78
I duplicate the transaction and it can find the 2nd transaction.
Why wouldn't it able to find the first transaction? Is there something I'm missing here.

The trouble you're having with matching the receive money transaction to the bank feed item could be due to a few different things. If the system picked up the second entry, it might mean there's something off with the original transaction's data. Give the first transaction a once-over to make sure everything's in order by finding the transaction.
