Record button missing in Transfer Money

I seem to have no RECORD icon in Transfer Money in the Accounts tab.  I only have a CLOSE icon and this is NOT a display setting issue.  My co-worker has the same user access, but she has the RECORD ...

Hi 2Vision,

Thank you for confirming. Could you please let me know when was the last time you were able to access the record button? It appears there might be a user access issue as well. To further investigate and assist you, I've sent you a private message to collect more details about this matter.

Good morning Earl,

 

I only just recently went to use Transfer Money and there was no RECORD button from the start. 

 

My User access is higher than the other employee who has this button showing. I will have our Administrator check that all sections in my User access is showing as READ & WRITE. 

 

I didn't get a PM from you.
