I have been using the PC version of Accountright for years, and have recently migrated to the much cheaper web-based Business Lite. MYOB did the data transfer for me, but many transactions are not visible as bank transactions, but do appear in the GL report. So they are there, but I cant see them and hence I cant reconcile the account properly. I see in my old system that they are 'hidden'. What can I do to 'unhide' them in the new product? Thanks.

That certainly looks confusing because of the bank transaction window. What’s most likely happening is those transactions were brought over as ledger entries, so they can show in the GL report but not in Bank transactions.
In MYOB Business, Bank transactions only show bank feed or imported statement lines. So if you need those older items to appear there as well, you’d usually need to import the historical bank statement for that period.
Also, the browser version doesn’t currently have a hide or unhide option for bank transactions.
