Hi kirsten,
I can see why that'd throw your reco out and cause a bit of head-scratching. If the debit has definitely cleared in your NAB account but isn't showing in AccountRight yet, it's usually not a fault as such. Most of the time it comes down to timing or the bank feed rather than anything going wrong on your end. A couple of things to check:
- Make sure the bank feed has finished syncing (sometimes there's a short delay, especially around busy periods like December).
- Try manually refreshing the bank feed by going to Banking > Bank Feeds and click Get Bank Transactions to see if it pulls the transaction through.
- Double-check the transaction date. Some debits clear one day but come through the feed dated slightly differently.
If it still doesn't appear after that, NAB may not have sent the transaction through in the feed yet. If it's been a few business days and it's still missing, that's when we'd want to dig a bit deeper. In that case, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so they can check the feed logs and confirm what's going on.
Regards,
Sai
