Record button missing in Transfer Money

I seem to have no RECORD icon in Transfer Money in the Accounts tab.  I only have a CLOSE icon and this is NOT a display setting issue.  My co-worker has the same user access, but she has the RECORD ...

I have logged off and logged back in, but the issue is still the same :(
