Recurring Transactions

Yeah, a search box there would definitely make life easier. At the moment, there’s no way to search the recurring list in the browser, so you’ll still need to scroll to find the one you want.

A quick tip is to rename your recurring transactions so that the important ones stand out, and delete any you no longer use. It makes the list a bit easier to work with.

This is the greatest waste of time! It is one reason I continue to use the desktop version because I can't find the recurring sales invoice I am looking for easily when there are over 200 in our list. Why would they set up the online version with no ability to quickly search? Another way MYOB online makes life more difficult - not easier.

Thanks for calling this out. I know it’s a pain having to scroll through 200+ recurring invoices just to find one. The good news is there’s now a search option for recurring transactions in the browser. Here’s how you can get to it:

• Go to Banking > Recurring transactions
• Choose the transaction type (e.g. Sales)
• Use the Search field to type the customer or transaction name

That should make it much quicker to track down the recurring invoice you need, without having to scroll through the whole list every time.
