Refresh Screen - Prepare Bank Deposit AccountRight 2020.1

Hi there I have not long upgraded a client to AccountRight 2020.1 I notice that you cannot refresh the Prepare Bank Deposit screen, so when you make any adjustments, you have to go all the way out ...

    Hi Julie_B 

     

    Sorry for the delayed response. 

     

    I've just tested in AccountRight v2020.1 - with the Prepare Bank Deposit window open, recorded a Receive Money transaction to be deposited. Then return to the Prepare Bank Deposit window, right click within the list section > Refresh list it does update the list and bring up the new transaction recorded. 

     

    Could you please give that a try, and let us know how it goes for you?

I've just tested in AccountRight v2020.1 - with the Prepare Bank Deposit window open, recorded a Receive Money transaction to be deposited. Then return to the Prepare Bank Deposit window, right click within the list section > Refresh list it does update the list and bring up the new transaction recorded. 

 

Could you please give that a try, and let us know how it goes for you?

Thank you - that worked, but auto refresh would be so much better :)
