reprint bank feeds form

Hi, 

I have been trying to reprint a bank feeds form.

Currently it say "awaiting application form". The first form was rejected as the wrong person signed the form. 

There should be in the "Action" box reprint form but it is not there.

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong.

I don't want to phone as I dont want to wait 2 hours before my call is answered.

    Thanks for your post.

     

    If you wish to reprint the bank feeds form, kindly go to Setup > Manage Bank Accounts > Select Add or remove a bank account. A browser window will appear, kindly log in with you my.MYOB login details. The My Products page will appear and it will show your bank feed information. Kindly select an account and click the Print authority form. For further information regarding your concern, kindly check The Help Article: Manage bank feeds.

      Dear Doreen,

      The problem is that I have 2 credit cards that I want bank feeds.

      In my.myob, they are both there with "awaiting forms".

      I cannot click on either and therefore I cannot print the bank feed form.

      Any other ideas??

      Last time I phoned the help desk (who were not very helpful after waiting 2 hours to answer my call).

      I asked for 3 bank feed forms and was only emailed 1 form. The other 2 forms were "sent off", not sure what that meant as they had not been signed by the authorised signatory.

    Dear Doreen,

    I was not able to reprint the forms.

    I had to phone the help desk and this time I only waited 31 minutes for someone to answer.

    A big improvement on 2 hours. The help desk, this time were helpful, and they emailed the reprint of the forms for both credit cards.
