Hey PoppyR,
Make sure that you're logged in with the correct credentials that have owner or administrator access. Double-check that your user role is set to 'Owner' or 'Administrator'. You can check it by going to:
- Setup.
- Users and then click your User ID.
If everything was set up correctly and you have the Administrator or Owner access but still can't set up an ANZ credit card, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
