Setting up bank feed for a credit card

HI,   I am the owner on our myob and i am trying to set up a bank feed for an ANZ credit card. The card has been issued by ANZ and is being used by the staff member. When i try to set it up in the ...

Hey PoppyR,

 

Make sure that you're logged in with the correct credentials that have owner or administrator access. Double-check that your user role is set to 'Owner' or 'Administrator'. You can check it by going to:

 

  • Setup.
  • Users and then click your User ID.

If everything was set up correctly and you have the Administrator or Owner access but still can't set up an ANZ credit card, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
