Setting up bank feeds

Hi,    I am trying to set up bank feeds for my Account Right File but it's not working.   Does the file need to be on-line for me to set them up?   Regards Andrea

    Yes thanks, we needed to take it on line.

     

    Looking at starting it from tomorrow.

Sorry for the delay in response.

 

When setting up bank feeds, the file needs to be online as it is part of the Live Services. When you tried to set up bank feeds, did you receive any error messages? If you can attach a screenshot of the error, so we can investigate it further. Please make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum. You may also check The Help Articles: Manage bank feeds and Put your company file online for further information.
