Unable to connect AMEX Catrd to MYOB Bank Feeds

Hi, I need some help... I have been trying to do link my AMEX Card to my MYOB Accountright Bank Feeds for the past 4 days & am getting nowhere. When I choose AMEX in the "Connect Bank Feeds" in MYOB, it directs me to the below link which takes me to AMEX website & asks me to login -  however whenever I login I just get the following error "Invalid login request. Please close the browser and try again."

I have spoken to AMEX & they said you need to directly speak with MYOB. Can somebody please help. I have tried with both Desktop & Browser version of Accountright  and also tried with Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge (always get the same error)

    Thank you for posting. I'm glad to assist you with this. 

     

    There can be a couple of things you can check. You will need to make sure you are the Owner (usually the person who set up your AccountRight subscription) or Online Administrator. The details you are trying to put should be correct, including the login details to your online bank. 

    What you can also try doing is going to app.myob.com >> Banking >> Manage Bank Feeds >> Apply for bank feeds. You can try to apply for bank feeds in the browser. Here's more information on setting up your bank feeds:
