Wrong Calculated Statement Balance

Hi,

 

One of my junior colleagues decided to try and fix some old entries for Credit Card statements and now our Calculated Statement Balance is wrong.

 

I have done the test between the reconciliation $0.00 and the Find Transaction and they are both the same.

 

She tried to fix it without telling anyone and she has undone our reconciliations all the way back to February trying to find where it went wrong. Please someone tell me this is fixable. she did back it up locally before she wound it all back.

 

Please help. How do we get the figures correct as she cant remember what she changed. It was multiple entries.

    If you backed up your file before your colleague made changes to it, kindly restore the backup file and replace the existing file.

     

    May I also know what your colleague is trying to fix, please?
