We are currently using MYOB AccountingRight Premier for Financial Reporting, Payroll, BAS Reporting and Inventory management. Our head office in China would like to get the data export directly to their financial system. Can MYOB provide this kind of the service?

Thanks for outlining how you're using AccountRight Premier. While there's no built-in feature for directly exporting data to external systems, you can manually export data in formats such as Excel or CSV, which your head office can adapt for their financial system. You can check this link for more info. Also, our third party apps are just around corner. Make sure to check MYOB App Marketplace to see if there's any that suits your business needs.

Hi SamLIANG​ , would they be asking for an export of all the transaction journals? Keeping an equivalent general ledger in China would seem practical, although I believe all China ledgers must comply with a statutory chart of accounts, at least down to a certain level.
Requiring much more than that would begin to be impractical and uneconomic, both to export all the data and to import it all to business software in China.
To export all the transaction journals, use the Import/Export wizard in the first instance.
