AccountRight not exporting to Excel
Hi,
Started receiving a message today when attempting export to Excel, which is something I do on a daily basis.
Error
C:\Users\Public\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet\GENJRLS.XLT
Urgently need help. This is a process I have been doing on a daily basis until today. It is a big part of my reporting procedure.

Hi BronwynHamster , normally that message indicates that the file of that name is missing or damaged. MYOB uses Excel template files to create the report.
On my computer the spreadsheet templates are stored in C:\Users\<myloginname>\Documents\MYOB\AccountRight\Current\Reports\Spreadsheet. Can you check and see if the file exists on your computer, and it can be opened? (just double-click on it)
