Hi AMJAdmin , if you are still looking for a way to delete these duplicates, we may be able to help you. We can manage transaction deletions from outside the file using the API. We would need to work from a list of duplicates.
As to the cause of the error, I note there were some issues with the MYOB services around those two days last week, which may have contributed to the duplication. The support team at Fresho/FeatureIT should be able to log a support ticket with MYOB on your behalf. The MYOB API team are the only ones who can assist, but they may not be able to delete the duplicates for you.
