Errors Importing Invoices

Hi, I've been trying to import invoices all day, but I keep getting this error message and the error log has the following codes.

 

Is anyone else encountering the same issues? Someone else in the team tried and they got the same error.

    I shared the error log through submitting a support case on Friday but I'm yet to hear back from the team. We are still encountering the same error trying to upload CSV files. We had to convert the data to text(comma delimited) for it to upload

    Hi Livewell,

     

    Thanks for adding the screenshot, it helps show what you’re seeing. If the same error’s happening for more than one person, the best thing to save first is the “View error details” log in the warning message. Make sure to reach out to our team and provide the error log so they can check what's causing the import to fail. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
