  • Hi Auscut

    Thank you for your response.

I've just run the fix script for your file. To make sure it takes effect, please sign out and then sign back in before attempting to import again.

If you're still having trouble after signing in, just let me know. It's possible the file might be in use by someone else at the moment. If that's the case, we can run the script again once the file is available, and it should work smoothly then.

Please let me know if you're still encountering the error, and I'd be happy to assist further.

Otherwise, if my response has answered your question, please click on "Accept as Solution" to help other users find this information.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Shella,

Apolgoies for the delay, just to let you know that it did not  work,  you may want to do the script again.  Let me know what else I can do at my end.

    Hi Support Team

I am having problems with one of my customers, we are trying to update their sell prices via importing a new CSV / TXT file and their customer uses MYOB AccountRight as a local file.

We are having a lot of Stock items rejected in the import due to Import Error 4077.

I have read in various forum posts that this can be fixed with a script.  How can I get the required script so we can fix their local file.  They have an active subscription but did not want their inventory MYOB file online.

Not sure why there should be restriction or difficulties updating the pricing and why there is an error because a stock item has been used in the past.

Any help or work arounds appreciated

    Kind Regards

    David

    Hi DavidDNCS ,

Thanks for your detailed post. I'd be glad to help you with this. To arrange the online script for you, could you please respond with the last four digits of your Serial Number and your Company File ID? Thank you!

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards,
    Earl
