4077 Errors

Hi,

I'm receiving 4077 errors while bulk updating prices. Could you run your script over my company file again?

File is online

Last 4 digits of serial no is 9809

Company file id is 1

Thanks.

  • Hi Ecomolla

I ran the scripts as you requested. Your import issue should be resolved now. If you encounter this again, you can create a support ticket from the MyAccount window or reach out to live chat through MOCA.

    Thanks,
    Genreve

I am having the same issue, again.

Why do we have to keep asking for a script to be run over our files?

    Hi DaniGW,

Yes, it’s a bit of a pain having to reach out every time error 4077 appears, but that’s the only way to get it sorted for now. I’ve already run the script on the file linked to your email, but nothing came up. If you still have the same issue, you can get in touch with our team by either creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA.

    Regards,

    Genreve

    Hi JonoNZ,

Thanks heaps, for sending through your info. I’ve run fix behind the scenes on your company file, so you’re all set for importing your data again with no errors. Make sure to log out and then log back in before trying the import, just to make sure everything’s refreshed. If the error ever pops up again, you can jump straight into our live chat with MOCA (our virtual assistant), and we'll get it sorted for you.

    Cheers,

    Princess

    Thanks Princess.

Do I need to request this each time?

I will be doing another bulk update on the 18th

    Hey JonoNZ,

Great to see you planning ahead with your next bulk update on the 18th. You’re spot on, whenever the “4077 Errors” message shows up, you'll need to contact our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA.

    Cheers,

    Doreen
