Hi andrewmattinson,
That's certainly odd, if the import format that you used last month it shouldn't have any issues in import.
Warning 458 usually means MYOB can’t match a category in the import file, so that category gets ignored during the import.
A couple of things to check:
- make sure any category in the file already exists in your company file and is spelt exactly the same
- check that none of the accounts in the import file are header accounts, and that every account in the file exists in AccountRight
- if the category field is blank on any rows, software can ignore that category during import
If you can, open the import log and check the exact line it’s flagging. If you’re happy to share the full warning text and a small sample of the import file with any private details removed, that should make it easier to pinpoint what’s causing it.
Regards,
Genreve
