Import error during price rise importation

Thanks for sharing the log. That certainly gives insight into what happened to the import.

It looks like there are 2 different issues here:

• Warning 55 means the item imported, but the selling price was ignored.
• Error -4077 means the item already has sales history, so AccountRight skips it.

For the Warning 55 items, please check that the Selling Price is numbers only, like12.50, with no $, commas, spaces or text. It’s also a good idea to check the related selling fields like Income Account, Tax Code When Sold, Quantity Break and Price Level.

 

For the -4077 items, these usually need MYOB support to help with the known fix for item import errors.

 

Best next steps:

• back up the file
• re-export the item list using Add All
• fix the Warning 55 rows
• save the file as tab-delimited TXT
• test a small batch first
• contact support for the -4077 items if they still skip
