Is it possible to update just the due date for purchases in MYOB AccountRight via API?

Hi there,

One of our clients wants to populate due dates for purchases in our system and when those purchases are pushed to MYOB, they want those due dates to be exported?

I understand there is no way on the application itself to populate the due dates and they are just calculated based on the terms, I want to see if there is a way to update these dates via API.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Radha

    Hi Radha_ems,

Thanks for your response. Since the due date is linked to the terms, it would be better to create contacts with the necessary default terms already set. If they are using a third-party application, we can't be sure if it will allow you to edit the terms of the transaction.

Feel free to post again, we're happy to help!

    Hi Radha_ems,

Thanks for your post. Yes, you might find an Add-on that can help with that. Please refer to this help page for available options Apps for Accounting Software - MYOB. Alternatively, you can also export and import the data as another solution. Importing and exporting data

      Hi Earl_HD ,

Thank you for your response. So, should we get another add on to update due dates?

If we want to update the due dates using MYOB standard API, do we need to send the payment terms?
