It’s odd when one card suddenly stops syncing while everything else still works, especially after it’s been fine for ages. Since Websync can’t see any issues on their side and you’ve already tried the new card and merge trick, it’s pretty likely something in the MYOB card or file is tripping things up. It could be a validation rule, a funky bit of data, or a silent error hiding in the background. It's best to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they can check what’s blocking those transactions from syncing.
