Adding my ABN

So, I did the set up, added my ABN as it requested.

Now when I go into my account and going to my company, it is saying no ABN or ACN entered.

 

I can't find a way to enter it, anyone had this problem and know a solution?

    When I created an invoice ,it had MY ABN. Don't know why it says not entered.

     

    I'll have to gave a look when I am on my computer again about changing g business name.

    I could change my business details in the app and update ABN etc which I’d done months ago however, when signing into solo on desktop all of the old details are still there as though the app has not correlated to the desktop log in. I’ve asked over and over via the digital assistance in the app, sent screen shots as well and it’s just going round and around with no resolution. Quite frustrating. I hope you can sort yours & if you do, can you update me so I can update mine online (not app) pretty please 🙏🏾?

    Hi JayDee,

    How did you update your abn? I can't seem to edit it or update the Business Name?
