G'day Gabrielle!
The most common reason for transactions not coming through to Solo is if your bank hasn't finalised the transaction yet and it's still marked as pending. The Connected Accounts feature in Solo can only bring through posted transactions, and depending on when your bank posts it and how it syncs up with the refresh schedule of Solo, it can take a few days to come through.
That said! We are always happy to take a look under the hood and make sure all is in order. I can see you reached out to us in the app, and my good buddy Danielle has asked for a bit more info. Once we have that, we can take a proper look and see if we need to work some magic to get those transactions flowing, or if they're just taking a little time processing.
