Sorry to hear you're having trouble setting up Connected Accounts—let's get this sorted!
To ensure a smooth connection, check that:
- Your account is a personal or business account opened after July 2023.
- Your contact details with ANZ are up to date.
- You're using a currently advertised ANZ product.
It’s also worth double-checking that ANZ has your current:
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Identity verification details
Why this matters: This matters because ANZ (and banks in general) use these details to verify and approve data sharing. If your contact info is outdated, it could be the reason for the connection issue!
