Email message for invoice send

Hi all, I seem to be having trouble sensing bespoke message with my invoices.

 

When I get ready to email, I adapt the email message accordingly and press done. The message holds, but when I receive a copy of the sent email, it has reverted back to the original email message. 

Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

    Oh no, that’s a bit of a bummer and definitely shouldn’t be happening! Just to check, are you editing the default message, sending the invoice straight away via the app, and then seeing a different message when it arrives?

     

    If you edit the message but then go back to edit the invoice or work on something else, the message will revert to the default. We’ve had a similar question pop up in this thread: editing email message
