I can't download PDF invoice

It's me again!

You've officially got the best of both worlds now!

We've got a hot new version of the app ready for download that has both options; share a link AND share PDF. This should make downloading your invoices simpler, while still giving you the option to send a link when that suits.

Let us know how you go with this updated version and, as always, we are all ears for further feedback 💜

Ps. sometimes the app stores can take a second to catch up, so if you don't see the update yet, just give it another go later today

Hey MariaPurnomo and DesignMatters Did you know some phones have started blocking messages with PDFs attached?

Unfortunately heaps of our Solmates were getting caught out by this.To help everyone keep getting paid without the hassle, we’ve updated how invoices are shared through other apps.

Instead of sending the PDF directly, Solo now sends a message with a link to the PDF. You can still send invoices by email straight from Solo which are sent as a PDF just give us a shout out if you wanted a hand with this 📢.

If you ever need the PDF itself, you can send the link to yourself, open it online, and download it from there. If you have any more feedback we'd love to hear from you about how you have used this feature in the past!

please put it back. the links dont even work right now. zero way to save as a PDF. completely unusable in its current state if you need a PDF
