Logo issues

I had added a logo to the invoice template just playing around, have since deleted the logo but it keeps appearing on the invoices when I send them but does not appear in the preview? I can then change the logo to something else and then all previous sent invoices have the updated logo? Is this a bug? I have completely removed the logo from the template but it keeps reverting to the very first logo I had selected.

    Thanks for reaching out! Let’s check a couple of things together.

    If you go back into the logo settings, does it show as completely removed? Also, are you sending out a brand-new invoice, or re-sending one you’d already made earlier? Sometimes old invoices can “remember” an older logo, so if you haven’t already, try making a fresh invoice (just make sure the total isn’t $0.00, as those ones get locked in the system).


    If the logo still pops up after that, it could just be your phone holding onto an old version. In that case, clearing the app cache usually does the trick.
