New user no money in connected accounts How do I show I am using my personal account when paying invoices

New user here so my question is with only two accounts connected to Solo one being my business account and the other my credit card both with no money in them at the moment!  how do I show that? I am using my personal account to pay up invoices? If I transfer money into business account will that then show as income which of course it isn’t
