Receiving payments with commission deducted

Just to make sure we point you in the right direction, can I check a couple of things first?

Has the payment been made, but the invoice in Solo is still showing as open with just the commission amount remaining?

No. I don't do invoices. My bank account is linked to Solo and I just receipt the payments. Each payment has commission taken out of it before I receive the payment...
