Setting up new account

I purchased a subscription two days ago and installed the mobile app. And yet, it’s still telling me it’s being set up (see attached). This was meant to make life easier for business purposes and it’s just had me down the garden path from one link to another. Getting a bit frustrated with how challenging this is! Please advise. 🫤

  • Hey GillianFoley​, lets get you sorted and into your Solo subscription. 

    Can you please click the "Help" icon that appears on that screen you've shared. One of the options presented should be our Digital Assistant.

     

    The assistant will triage your chat, but let it know you're having troubles signing into Solo and then  ask it for a human. You'll get through to our team, and they can then help look up your account, and find out what's gone wrong.
