Settlement time ? And where to check the process . It’s been 3 days

It has been 3 business day after customer made online payment to me . I have not see any money in my account . No where to check the process . And even have support team said they need more id documents. Checked email there is nothing . But an other email from before . Said they have verified my additional id doc and I’m all good to go now . So all there is so messed up . 

  • I’m sorry .right after I send this post . The money has arrive . So don’t want make any confusion. But still feel little slow of the settlement . And miscommunication of the stuff . Beside this all good
