Pay Super Processing

Processing failed due to source. One year Pay Super could not fix. Tired to do reverse payment.

  • Hey Shaheen_F,

     

    The “Source Failed” Clearing House error means your direct debit has been dishonoured. To fix this, make sure there are enough funds in your bank account and that the bank details you’ve entered are correct. After that, reverse and reprocess the super payment. If you’ve already done that, you can try the first and second workaround to see if that clears things up. You can also check this link for more info.
