Pay super 1 cent verification

As per the instruction......

Case no 03143820

Check your bank statement
"Find the 1 cent deposit in your bank feed, online banking site, or bank statement and look for a 6-digit verification code in the transaction details".
However this  is not happening in the Bank Statement since our submission on the 2nd June.

Have tried calling-kept on hold 90 mins, email via my account, community forum. We need this to proceed further please. Am at wits end. Thanks.

  • I am having this same trouble.

    the 1c transaction code has not come through bank statement even though I set it up 10 days ago.  It will not let you cancel and resend either which is so annoying.

    We need help MYOB asap to be compliant by 1st July which is fast approaching!!!!!

    Sorry you’ve had to spend that long on hold. I can see your case is in the queue and waiting to be actioned. We’re seeing a higher volume of requests at the moment, so replies may take a little longer.     Thanks. I have the 1ct deposit  code in the bank and details verified today [18/6/26]. However when i try to pay super today, it does not appear in "manage payments" for it to be authorised by the authoriser or pay super administrator. Please advise. Thanks.
