Am still waiting for the 1 cent deposit bank verification but have not received it since our application on 2nd June 2026. Have sent email requests to pay super, my account and also tried calling but to no avail. Could someone assist on this please? Thanks
MYOB has already reset it on their end, re-register and works well. Able to make payments via Pay Super.

We have the same issue (we also applied 2 June) and I put in a support request and still haven't heard back. Very frustrating.

Thanks for your patience. We had an issue on that date, which is why you're seeing this problem. We've already reset it on our end, so you should be able to register again now.
