Pay super verification

We have the same issue (we also applied 2 June) and I put in a support request and still haven't heard back. Very frustrating.

We've made some improvements to the Pay Super signup process. The new sign-up is fully digital and only takes a couple of minutes. Get started by clicking into Payroll > Super payments. You can check out this post for more information!

Thanks for your patience. We had an issue on that date, which is why you're seeing this problem. We've already reset it on our end, so you should be able to register again now.

I also registered on 2nd June and am yet to receive the 1c verification code.  How do I have this reset so I can apply again?

Registered 5th June and have the same problem of 1c and verification code not being received - what now?

MYOB has already reset it on their end, re-register and works well. Able to make payments via Pay Super.
