Hi JadeC - definitely sounds frustrating, no arguments here! We'd love for you to reach out to us in the app (by going to More » Chat with us) if you haven't already, as we'll want to know which account(s) of yours are impacted and make sure they're linked to a known issue (and not a new one).
Before going any further, we don't recommend that you categorise any of the additional transaction records. Here’s the best way to handle it:
- Match or categorise only one of each transaction
- For any new ones, do the same, just one matched or categorised per transaction
- If you have duplicates that you have already matched/categorised: unmatch and uncategorise the extras, leaving just one matched or categorised

I’m in the same boat, I categorised everything because I had an appointment with my account. The matter was urgent. Only to discover SOLO undid all my work and I had to cancel my appointment with my accountant. What should be a handful of transactions has now reach 174! I’m not happy.
