First things first: How to use automatic reminders
It's not possible to customise reminders, but other Solmates have suggested the same. We even have a post on the forum where you can vote on that idea! Customisable payment reminders | MYOB Community
You can easily turn reminders on or off for each customer, either when creating an invoice or by jumping
into an existing invoice and editing. Under Payment terms simply set the Send payment reminders toggle to On, and Solo will send reminders for all their invoices.
Note: The reminder schedule is:
3 days before due date
On due date
1 day after due date
So, if an invoice is already overdue once you enable reminders, then it might not send one. In those cases you can simply send a nudge manually by resending the invoice and adjusting the email text if needed.

I definitely want to take a look at your help finding journey, because it sounds like finding the right information was not as easy as it should have been!
Where you able to find this space when you were searching for the info? Essentially, I'd love to know more about where you searched, what you found, and basically anything about your process to find information.
This will help us improve Solo and make sure all our Solmates can find all the info they need 💜
