Updated Action Hub List

Hello, all, 

 

I have removed a bank account from being connected but am still seeing all of the items in the action hub for the removed bank account. 

Is this something that will refresh in a couple of hours, a flaw in the app design, or am I missing something?

  • Hey sarahrobyn​ because account connections aren't a live feed (they refresh twice a day at approx. around 1am and 6pm), they can take a while to refresh. So you'll have to wait until after the next refresh for things to clean up. 

    If things don't clear up, we'd definitely love to have a further chat about it. In the Solo app, head to "More" and then "Chat with us" in the Solo app to raise a case with me and my team, and we'll do some further digging.
