I can understand why this would be frustrating, especially if you were able to access that information only a few days ago.
The app currently only displays the current and previous financial quarter, so once the new quarter began in July, the oldest quarter was no longer available in the app. This is how the feature is currently designed, rather than an issue with your account.
I appreciate that this doesn't help if you need to view an earlier quarter, and I understand your feedback about wanting access to older financial periods. I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant team, as it's valuable to know how this impacts our customers.
I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
In fairness, we should be able to access whatever period of data and generate reports for any date range that we choose. Why can’t we ?

Agree. But I think I know why. Because this isn't the first time I've mentioned this. They know about it but they gatekeep so you have to upgrade or something. It is also insane to think that the app is only in the app in the phone for us. But my accountant she can open up and see everything on a web browser.
