I can understand why this would be frustrating, especially if you were able to access that information only a few days ago.
The app currently only displays the current and previous financial quarter, so once the new quarter began in July, the oldest quarter was no longer available in the app. This is how the feature is currently designed, rather than an issue with your account.
I appreciate that this doesn't help if you need to view an earlier quarter, and I understand your feedback about wanting access to older financial periods. I'll be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant team, as it's valuable to know how this impacts our customers.
I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Will you guys really do something this time or will you keep gatekeeping?
And why can my accountant login and see everything on a web browser, but I can only see what I can see in the app on the phone? Please riddle me that
