Just want to remind you that the community team are here to help and bring your feedback to the product team. So while we can agree this has been a frustrating experience for you, we expect you and all members to work with us constructively so that we can tackle the issue together.
The good news
The current plan is to release the scheduled app update (version 8.1.0) and shortly afterwards, a 'hotfix' (version 8.1.1) which will allow everyone to export records from FY25. I'm afraid I don't have an exact date yet, but we're aiming for late next week.
