Why do I have to login every time?
About the sign-in process: we hear you. If you haven’t already, try enabling biometrics (for example, fingerprint or face recognition)—it’s a great way to skip typing your email and password every time. Plus, it means you'll only have to do the two-factor authentication every 30 days, or 15 if you have not been using the app. Just head to More > App settings > Enable biometrics, set it up, and login will be a breeze!
Now, let’s talk security. Since the app deals with financial data (and we’re all about keeping that locked up tighter than Fort Knox), there are a couple of things in place:
- You’ll be automatically signed out after 5 minutes of inactivity.
- Every 24 hours, you’ll need to do the two-factor authentication (2FA) dance (if biometrics are not set up)
We know this can feel like a bit of a hassle, but it’s all about keeping your data safe. That said, we’re always looking for ways to make things smoother.
If we could explore options like passkeys or other systems to simplify this process, would that be helpful for you?
